Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package with Care

  Place the components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage to delicate circuitry during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the components are in original working order, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
